Stage Your Home if you Want it To Sell Faster!

Here a few great ideas from a professional home stager if you're wanting to sell your home faster.  Giving thought to the visual impact cannot be over-emphasized.  Buying a home is an emotional response.  Will the buyer feel comfortable here?

Home Staging in Vancouver, B.C. Works - Condo Sold in One Day for Full Asking Price!

Exit Stage Right home stagers were called in to ready this condo for sale.  It's location is fabulous, in the Westside of Vancouver, close to downtown, yet surrounded by cafes, the beach, and plenty of parks.

This particular home had a few challenges.  First, there was quite a bit of visual clutter.  Secondly, there was a huge, cream coloured leather sofa.  I call these the "marshmallow" sofa.  They ooze out and take up way too much space.  The homeowners didn't want the expense of storing this sofa and renting a new one, so we worked with what we had.  The challenge was to disguise the sofa as best we could, and make it work.

After Exit Stage Right staged this home, it sold in one day for full asking price!

Before - Living Room

After - We added oversized cushions and a throw to distract from the sofa.  Those two little poodles were so darned cute!

Before, the shelves were hiding the focal point - the fireplace

After, the fireplace became front and centre

Before - There's that cute little poodle again!

After - hotel chic!

Before - Looks like there's not enough cupboard space.

After - This looks spacious and inviting

Exit Stage Right can transform your home for sale.  Go from the "lived in" look to the "aaaahh" look.  Buyers won't be able to resist.

Exit Stage Right stages homes in the Greater Vancouver area, the North Shore, and surrounding areas of Vancouver.  Call Exit Stage Right today!  604-838-9431
